A successful Spring Camp 2022

a group of young people sitting on the ground

Spring Camp 2022 was another amazing year of the Nelson Anglican youth groups coming together to worship, learn about Jesus, build connections, and have an awesome time.

Over the past few years, my team and I have focused on three things: sharing the good news of Jesus; building strong cross-youth group connections; and, creating space for young people to lead at camp. It’s been great seeing these three parts of the Spring Camp culture grow over the last three years, as each of them has a lasting impact on both our youth groups and the wider Nelson Diocese.

Investing in our young people is without a doubt one of the best ways we can use our resources. When I look at our young people and the youth workers who lead them, I overflow with hope for the future of our diocesan whānau. But that’s enough from me. Have a read below to hear how some of our young people found Spring Camp 2022.
